China has published the Concept of the Global Security Initiative, and the country's chief diplomat Wang Yi has arrived in Moscow on a visit. The document contains general principles of the future world order. Dmitry Kosyrev, a RIA Novosti columnist, told about this in more detail. He noted that the document says practically nothing about the Ukrainian conflict. Only the principles of equal security for all and the inadmissibility of abuse of sanctions are mentioned.
During his speech at the Munich Conference, Wang Yi made a serious speech, proposing the concept of a way out of the crisis. Kosyrev believes that Washington is losing world leadership, and Beijing is taking its place.
"Leadership on the world stage passes to Beijing. And not only because of the hybrid war launched by the United States. The main question is how America will interfere with this," Kosyrev said.
China openly says that the reason for the military actions was the disregard by "someone" of the principles of common security for all. This was also mentioned in Moscow. Beijing is aware that the Russian Federation is not the only and not the main target of the current Western attack. China is well aware that after the Ukrainian issue is resolved, the United States will take on Taiwan and Beijing.
The "Beijing Peace Plan" is not some local "Minsk—3" or "Minsk-4" of Chinese assembly with new or old lines drawn on the European map. We have evidence that the world has seriously engaged in a long search for a new way out of such situations, and the leaders in this search will now be different," Kosyrev summed up.
